Work Experience:
The past year I have been working at Suzhou Foreign Language School, as one of their Kindergarten English teacher, teaching K1 to K3.Taking on more responsibilities and expanding my teaching, I am also the English teacher for their Early Childhood Education Center.

It has been my pleasure teaching English to these preschoolers and kindergarteners. On top of student books, and work books, which the school provide, I also incorporated songs, worksheets, activities, and games into my lessons. I believe a teacher should have a very clear goal of what students should achieve, and persistently work toward that goal. Moreover, I work hard to improve my teaching, as well as, understand and adapt to my students'needs and wants. Interacting with my students is something I really enjoy.

As an English teacher, I bring with me experience, and work to create an enviornment similar to studying overseas for my students. As an independent person, I also believe in team work. I communicate with other staffs, whether foreign, or Chinese staffs on a daily basis. This makes us more efficient, being on the same page. Often I put in extra time to help plan school events, and craft works. The effort pays off when you see the smile on the children's face. These are things that they have fun with, and remember.
